The Site Project Manager will have full P&L accountability and control over the project delivery, inclusive of the health and safety, technical, commercial and managerial requirements, from bid, pre-commencement to practical completion. Through effective leadership, the Site Project Manager will develop a team ethos reflecting our core values of collaboration, community, creativity, humility and service.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a project management role within the structured cabling and technical communications industry
• Strong commercial, financial and business acumen
• Detailed knowledge of building services and construction environment with experience with large scale, time-critical construction projects.
• An understanding of NEC3/4 projects
• Full understanding of project and service delivery lifecycle methodologies and best working practices
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating effective leadership and line management
• Excellent communication at all levels including written reports and presentations/meetings
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displaying strong organisational and time management
• Design appreciation and ability to understand specifications and drawings
• PC literate, proficient with Resource Planner and Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
• Working knowledge of cable testing tools and software such as Linkware and Fluke

Qualifications & Professional Memberships

• APMP or equivalent industry recognised Project Management accreditation preferred
• IOSH Managing Safely / SMSTs essential
• CSCS or ECS card for Managers essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) clearance, dependant on contractual obligations
