An opportunity has become available to join a leading facilities services company as a Project Manager who has come from an electrical background.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team based in the City of London. The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for project works carried out on key buildings within the portfolio of our client. This role will involve liaising between the clients' project delivery team and their sub-contractors, ensuring that proposed works are reviewed during all phases of development and implementation.

*12 Month Contract*

* Review project design and provide feedback on any concerns and issues

Person Specification:

* Appointed as an electrical Authorised Person
* Ideally the job holder should have been educated to at least HNC, NVQ level 4 or equivalent full technical standard. Ideally hold a recognised qualification in project management.
* Technical expertise, qualifications in an engineering discipline would be an important pre-requisite of the role.
* Knowledge of key operational procedures, e.g., project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety.
* Demonstrate experience in working on both large and small scale projects
* Computer literate
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to build and maintain senior level relationships
