The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for driving the implementation and deployment of Fortius software for our Buyers.

The role will be based out of our Head Office in Basingstoke, but anyone within 2 hours of that location will work well for us.

What you’ll be doing…

· Serve as the primary software implementation project manager to clients

· Work closely with the sales team and client stakeholders to collect client requirements post-sale

· Define, plan and implement the deliverables and tasks required for successful implementations, including resource determinations, schedules, and project implementation plans.

· Supporting clients in terms of reporting on supply chain and usage of the platform

· Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Provide user training via webinars or on-site regarding the effective use of the software and best practices.

· Work closely with the development teams to resolve technical product issues, and test new features, produce and maintain documentation, and report bugs.

· Utilise a standard project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organised and reliable manner.

· Understand existing processes and recognize and propose process changes to improve quality, reduce costs and accelerate timelines.

· Effectively communicate project expectations to internal and external project team members in a timely and clear fashion.

· Gather feedback from the client relating to the project implementation, end-user adoption, and satisfaction with the product during and after implementation.

We are looking for someone with…

· Project management experience

· Experience in a software or Saas company

· Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written.

· The ability to accept responsibility, self-motivated and accountable for achieving implementation and customer satisfaction targets.

· Outcome driven mindset, excellent ability to utilize and manage the organisation’s resources to achieve project goals.

· Strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate extensive interactions across the organization and with multiple customers.

· Strong commitment to accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.

· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
