Project Manager - Brickwork

An established provider of quality bricklaying services throughout London and the South East of England is presently looking to appoint a proven Project Manager to oversee brickwork and masonry contracts typically valuing in excess of £1,000,000

The Position:

The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all construction activities associated with project delivery
• Ensuring that contracts are completed on time, within budget and with an exemplary Health & Safety record
• Assisting with preconstruction and planning
• Managing sub-contractors in a proactive and hands-on manner
• Forecasting, carrying out monthly and weekly reports and allocation sheets

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years’ project or site management experience
• Experience on major new build projects overseeing large brickwork packages
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) accreditation
• The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of different size and value
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
