Project Manager – Islington - £21 million, RC Frame Residential Project

£85k - £95k + Package

My client is a recognised Contractor, specialising in public sector developments and private residential schemes in the South East. They are privately owned and have a full order book up until 2022, making them ideal place to work.

They have recently negotiated 2 schemes in Islington for which they need Project Managers. The first will be for a site consisting of 3 buildings to provide 46 apartments and retail floor space with associated amenity space, access and landscaping following demolition of existing buildings, valued at £21 million

The successful individual will get involved from site set up and take it through the build to handover.

Previous experience with a main contractor is essential as is previous experience, successfully running schemes of a similar size and RC frame
