This is a crucial role for delivering transformational change. The purpose of this role is to take the lead on projects in line with the strategy and team operational plans.
It has the following main responsibilities;
Co-ordinate the project operations, including organisational structures, processes, technical assets and interfaces.
Ensure project deliverables are achieved within budget, on time and regularly monitoring, assessing and reporting on project risks.
Working with key stakeholders, managers and business analysts to identify and develop long term legacy activities to hold and enhance improvement gains, preventing a return to original state.
Ensure the quality and integrity of data used or transferred into other systems.
What they need
For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
Recognised programme and project management qualification.
Extensive knowledge and experience of successful project management using a selection of recognised methodologies, essential are agile and waterfall.
Evidence of delivering projects in line with time, cost, quality and ultimate operational impact targets.
High level logical reasoning and analytical abilities capable of breaking down and understanding complex issues and business operations and their inter-relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills demonstrating the ability to understand, discuss and present complex issues around planning and delivery of a variety of operational services.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with proven ability to set out, analyse and discuss complex issues clearly for a wide audience
