The role
This is a crucial role for delivering our client’s transformational change. The purpose of this role is to use a range of skills in IT projects, providing a customer focused project management service to the IT team. As well as providing technical project management service to the transformation team.

It has the following main responsibilities;
Work with the transformation team to capture and clarify requirements for work to be delivered by the IT team, ensuring customer-focussed benefits are fully understood, tracked and measured.
Work with the IT management team to plan, schedule and track tasks and deliverables, taking responsibility for managing the delivery of work on time and to budget.
Identify, document, track and manage operational matters including scope changes, risks, issues, actions, documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluations.
Define, optimise and manage workflows for projects and incremental improvements, employing appropriate approaches and methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Prince and ITIL, as appropriate.
Implement and manage reporting and analytics systems to make IT work visible to the organisation

What they need
For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
Significant expert-level experience in project management role with a strong technical focus.
Extensive practical hands-on experience of managing and delivering complex technical projects on time and to budget.
Experience implementing business change or transformation projects involving CRM & ERP systems and system integrations focused on delivering business objectives through business change supported by technical solutions.
Experience with complex task and resource scheduling and monitoring tools and techniques.
