Conrad Consulting are recruiting for an Architect on behalf of a well-established Architectural Practice based in Liverpool, focusing primarily within the Healthcare and Education sectors.

The successful candidate will be running projects with minimal supervision and tasked with delivering high-quality outputs using detailed experience and technical knowledge. Projects are typically either Education or Healthcare-focused. Some experience in one of there areas is preferable.

The ideal candidate for this role would be a Qualified Architect with a minimum of 3 years experience post-qualification, proficient in the use of both AutoCAD and REVIT software. However we will consider applicants that do not meet these criteria but can demonstrate their suitability to the role in other areas.

Key Requirements include:

·Architectural Qualification (ARB, RIBA).
·3+ years post-qualification experience preferred.
·Healthcare or Education sector experience.
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.

Salary offered:
·Salary £30,000-£38,000 per annum (Negotiable dependent on experience).
·Pension and Benefits scheme.
