Senior Business Analyst
Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working with a variety of people and translating business need into practical solutions? Do you have a track record of understanding the organisational situation and creating a shared vision for your stakeholders?
If so, we’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our PMO to deliver a range of projects that are critical to our achieving the ambitious aims of our corporate strategy. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll conduct analysis and facilitate discussion to shape ideas into viable projects – using your understanding of the business context to develop pragmatic business requirements and processes which contribute to effective business solutions. You’ll play a key role in transitioning business requirements to solution and importantly, support project impacts to be impactful and sustainable by ensuring a smooth and effective handover to business as usual.
Our ideal candidate? You’ll hold a relevant Degree, professional qualification (e.g. a Business Analysis Diploma) or equivalent experience. You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst with a track record of working on multiple, large-scale projects throughout the project lifecycle; working closely with teams within both a Waterfall and an Agile environment. Importantly, you’ll demonstrate a talent for not only absorbing detail, but the ability to present this back in way appropriate to the audience, understanding the big picture and different perspectives.
