Voice Project Manager

Location

• Office based in Reading, Berkshire RG2
• Remote working for now

Contract length

• 26 weeks

              Working Hours

• Monday - Friday (9am - 5:00pm)

Rate (Inside IR35 only)

• £301.15 per day PAYE
• £371.25 per day Via Hays approved Umbrella company

Role
Purpose You will be responsible for the Project Management of Voice platform projects on various voice platforms, TDM, Voicemail, IMS, Contact Centre solutions, Ribbon C20, across all platform types. You will be responsible for liaising with Vendors to ensure they deliver on time.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Good interpersonal soft skills
• 5 Years' experience of Project Management within voice network arena on Core voice platforms.
• A good technical / engineering understanding of voice switching and voice transport networks.
• Experience in project planning and project reporting.

Desirable skills

• Good understanding of TDM Voice switch types - Telent System X, Ribbon DMS & C20, Nokia DX220, Ericsson TeS, Streamwide Voicemail, ECT Contact Centre Services.
• Appreciation of SDH transmission systems and Data Networks
