This role is a Full Time fixed term contract 18 months initially & could lead to longer employment.

This role leads and manages the execution of one or more key transformation initiatives, including : Human Centred Design, Shift to Agile, Digital BT and Data Driven Insight, Intelligent Automation, IT Evolution, Strong Partnerships, Operating Model and Employee Experience.

You'll have the following responsibilities
Drive the team to deliver the initiative, preferably using Kanban, Scrum or similar Agile methodology.
Establish and maintain strategic direction & roadmap in partnership with the initiative lead.
Manage risk and dependencies.
Lead project governance and make improvements to optimise governance.
Drive and support commercial case development with Finance
Facilitate decision making by including key stakeholders, and by leading standups & other ceremonies.
You'll have the following skills & experience
Project Management Demonstrable experience, with Agile methodologies is a must.
Financial acumen Business case development and tracking of costs & benefits. Works closely with finance to build benefits into budgets.
Technical acumen Specialism in one or more of the following technical capabilities.
Agile Ways of Working and DevOps.
Digital and Data.
End User / Employee Technology.
Technical knowledge of office moves.
Matrix team leadership Leads the team to deliver outcomes across silos & organisational boundaries.
Stakeholder management To Director and occasionally Managing Director level. Can build the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences.
