Bristol based company are looking to recruit a mechanical project manager to have full control of projects from tender stage through to completion.

Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an individual to strengthen their team on a variety of projects across Schools, University and Health care projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Predominantly office based managing a variety of projects from initial through to completion (estimating and running projects)
*Design & build and pre-designed projects worth up to £1.5M mechanical value
*Procure materials and oversee the labour and specialised sub-contractors throughout each project
*Attend and professionally contribute to all project progress meetings
*Manage financial aspects

Requirements:


*You will previously have worked in the Construction industry as Mechanical Project manager, Mechanical Contract Manager, Mechanical Project Engineer
*Qualified to ONC/HNC/HND in Building service
*Run multiple jobs at once
*Estimate projects using Software packages or spreadsheet
