Role overview

Manages all ongoing IT project workstreams internal and external. Covering all applications across business operations. This is the symphony conductor keeping all team members in tune

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor programme, project, workstream and exception plans, as needed

• Drive overall progress, and coordinate the use of resources, resolving conflicting time demands where necessary

• Managing DevOps pipeline

• Maintaining the master backlog of tasks being undertaken within the IT dept, across the business

• Managing the implementation of MS Dynamics along with any other software related projects

• Management of internal stakeholders & external delivery partners

Skills/ Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience managing the software development elements of an overall IT implementation project

• Demonstrable knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipeline & Microsoft Dynamics365

• Have experience managing multiple workstreams

• Proven experience delivering projects on time and in budget

• Are familiar working in Agile & Waterfall software development processes

• Experience working on both bespoke software projects and product development

• Have strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills

• Self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented

• Good listening and communication skills (oral and written)

• Able to approach work with positive energy and integrity

• The ability to foster self-motivation to achieve tight deadlines

• Experience managing the implementation of an MS Dynamics (Full-Stack) implementation is desirable

• Experience managing both internal & 3rd party delivery teams is desirable
