We require an experienced Project Manager to help manage a site set up and relocation Project. The remit of the role will include, but is not limited to, supporting and contributing to the detailed planning of the relocation project, managing sub contactors, coordination and management of the required office & manufacturing facility moves, scheduling the installation & commissioning of new equipment. Monitoring project progress against planned timeline and budget. Main Responsibilities * Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with appropriate activity planning a sequencing to deliver desired project outcomes. * Determine resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner * Prepare budgets for project elements based on scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs in order to meet budget * Provide project updates on a consistent basis to key stakeholders covering progress, strategy, risks, adjustments to plan/schedule and cost variances. * Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables, setting milestones and measuring progress. * Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed * Routinely measure/assess project performance to identify areas for improvement * Create and publish/share project documentation including charts and schedules Qualifications/Experience * Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field. * 5 years of project management and related experience * A certified Project Management Professional * Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle * Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. The person An experienced Project Manager with site relocation experience prior office move and fit out experience within a corporate setting Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Excellent analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-reliant & resourceful
