About the role
As a Project Manager you will be joining a team responsible for supporting the business in managing change and delivering a broad portfolio of investment projects. You will be involved in a wide variety of exciting projects, from developing and launching new products and services, to replacing the infrastructure that underpins some of our core data.
This particular role will support the customer and marketing part of our business, and be a critical part of the new programme which will transform our customer experience. Projects range from marketing automation, modernisation of our customer support offer to improving and updating our diverse web estate. You will be expected to manage both internal and external suppliers.
What we’re looking for
If you’re interested in joining a team that lies at the heart of what OS is about, we’re looking for someone that can demonstrate skills and experience in:
- Delivering a large number of complex projects – in particular we are interested in evidence and experience in Martech and/or Customer Experience delivery, procurement experience including supplier / vendor selection
- Managing software development projects preferably using Agile methodologies
- Effectively managing key stakeholders
- Planning and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Practitioner level qualification in Project Management (eg: Prince2, APM PMQ)
- Experience of MS dynamics would be desirable
Ideally you will have worked in both the commercial and public sector and will have managed budgets in excess of £1m.

Location
This role will be based at our state-of-the-art Headquarters in Southampton. However, all our people, where they can are currently working from home and we recognise the future need to be flexible. As such we are open to applications that can deliver work remotely where appropriate.
