Job Description

Vpod is seeking an operational experienced and results-oriented project manager to work within our operations team. The role requires an experienced technology project manager to manage global deployments of our products. The right candidate needs to be process driven and have the ability to deliver projects to the highest standard, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope. Reporting to the head of operations, the PM will play a key role in delivering successful projects and streamlining processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Drive the execution of Global project delivery, operations and process, with a key focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
• Logical thinker who thinks fast and reacts well to challenges
• Process minded with a clear focus on customer satisfaction
• Customer management
• Ensure continued improvement within project delivery and operations
• Responsible for project P&L
• Team player and can-do attitude, must be very customer focused and understanding

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within technology industries
• Prince 2 qualified at practitioner level
• ISO27001 experience is an advantage
• Experience managing project P&L’s
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• knowledge of high-level network topologies
• Experience of creating process maps a must.
• Detail-oriented and possess excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
• Has a strong can-do attitude and can build relationships with stakeholders both horizontally and vertically across the organization
• Available to travel as appropriate (25% or less of time)
• Proven team leadership, project management, and group facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies with proven track record of delivering projects
