An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen in the Project & Programme Centre of Excellence for a Project Support Co-ordinator. This role will lead the co-ordination of the Centre of Excellence, so if you have experience in this field, are passionate about delivering excellence and collaborative, we’d love to hear from you.
The contracted hours for this role are 30 hours per week, we have some flexibility around working patterns and this will be discussed at interview.
Currently the team is working remotely. Once COVID restrictions ease, you’ll need to be in our Head Office in Swindon on average one/two days per week. Occasional travel to Trust properties nationwide will also be required.

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Project and Programme Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the co-ordination of the Project & Programme Centre of Excellence to support the wider project community and delivery of the National Trust’s strategy.
You’ll ensure the National Trust project community is kept up to date with relevant information and updates. Advising on the Project Management Framework and governance processes you’ll support the wider team in delivering projects well.
You’ll support the management of project and programme data, ensuring we have quality data to use in reporting.

• Experience of working on projects, including project management tools and techniques
• Understanding of project reporting processes
• Experience of data handling and analysis
• Practical experience of providing support and advice
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including persuasion, diplomacy and influencing
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Attention to detail
