To continue the development and buildout of the group reporting system recently installed including the reporting monthly reporting of consolidated results to the new parent company and supporting the provision of business information, including supporting the production of local statutory accounts. In addition to the above, the role will play a pivotable role in the support the build out of the new combined group finance structure. This individual needs to be conversant with technical and operational aspects of group reporting. KEY DUTIES: Coordinate monthly with the subsidiary financial controllers to ensure a timely and efficient month end close. Work to build out the future state central finance function and alignment of processes and practices. Combine the month and year end financial statements to support reporting to the group. Use analytical skills and judgement to solve problems even when ambiguity exists and there may be limited information.  Work with local finance and operating management to develop meaningful and timely reporting to the Leadership Team. Work as the project manager, as needed, to coordinate across local finance departments and other teams Carry out other reasonable tasks as required by the Line Manager. A BIT ABOUT YOU: Experience of international consolidation and group financial reporting. Batchelors Degree preferred. Qualified accountant with professional qualifications. Strong leadership and pragmatism to resolve technical and operational problems  Broad experience of consolidation and finance software. Demonstrated ability to deliver as part of a broader team with large complex programs in a dynamic changing environment. Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple activities.  Creative problem solver – asks “how can we?” and finds a way. Good written and verbal communication skills with confidence in front of large group. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate non-reporting team members    IND123
