Mechanical Project Manager - £52k + Car Allowance


Your new company
An East Midlands based M&E Building Services contractor are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager on a permanent basis.

Initially you will be responsible for two Nottingham based new build projects in the leisure and commercial industry with a combined value of £3million.

Your new role

You will oversee the mechanical installations (HVAC) for both projects, liaising closely with the end client, design staff, estimating teams and on-site personnel. You will be responsible for overseeing procurement of labour / materials, site set up, health & safety, creating O&M manuals, progress reporting, budgeting, final handover to client.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years experience in a Mechanical PM role
• HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services (desirable)
• Experience delivering multi-million£ projects on time & within budget
• Client facing
