Project Manager

Madison Berkeley is delighted to be working with one of the most prestigious and well-known London Estates to help them find a Project Manager, ideally with a Building Surveying background. Our client has an incredible pipeline of projects to deliver, and they are keen to attract someone who is used to working in or can demonstrate the aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a good commercial understanding of ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to high quality.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate, individually or as part of a team, a track record of delivering projects from early concept stage to handover, you will have worked on a range of project sizes from £500,000 to £5M and across different asset classes. Ideally, you will have worked on projects within London and have a good understanding of the logistical challenges City Centre projects can have. Alongside the project work, you will assist with professional work including Licenses for Alterations, Deeds of Consent, Schedules of Dilapidations and Neighbourly Matters. In addition, it is important that you are an effective communicator and can work well with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally our client is looking for a professionally qualified (MRICS) Project Manager but is also keen to speak with the right candidates who are about to sit their APC interview.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career on the client side, gaining experience of projects across a range of asset classes including residential, retail, offices and leisure. As well as working with industry experts.
