Our client, a Cost / Project Management Consultancy based in Northampton are seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth and a busy work stream. The Project Manager will be based from the Northampton office or their Birmingham office, working mainly on commercial projects, including; schools, hotels and industrial units to name just a few. The Project Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the projects and will liaise with the Cost Management team.

Project Manager Position Overview

• Working on a range of commercial projects
• Based from the Northampton office or the Birmingham office with the option to work remotely
• Working among a team of Quantity Surveyors / Project Managers
• Responsible for a range of Project Management duties

Project Manager Position Requirements

• Achieved or working towards MRICS or MCIOB status (full support available if needed).
• Must have prior experience working in a professional consultancy
• Ideally hold a relevant degree
• Full driving licence
• Must have good tenure and be looking for a long term role
• Knowledge of commercial projects is needed
