They have produced incredible projects across all sectors in construction and are seeking a Project Manager to join their award-winning operational team for upcoming projects.

Your new role
Should you become successful in this position you will be responsible for ensuring project planning, distributing resources, time and risk management, managing the budget of projects to ensure that everything is on schedule for large-scale commercial projects valued in excess of £30m and you will be leading from cradle to grave. Also, you will be overseeing and managing the staff on site, ensuring that all teams are on track for the completion of the projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you must be aware of the capacity of your teams, be able to coordinate and build commitments on who is doing what and where they should be on site. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and resolve conflict while also showing great leadership skills within the project completion.
