Building Services Engineer / Project Engineer Job in Wiltshire £37.5k

Your new company
As a Building Services Engineer, You'll be working within a leading defence contractor, overseeing, maintaining and creating major defence facilities and accommodation within Wiltshire.

Your new role
Your main focus will be to prepare scopes of work to support change projects, planned & reactive maintenance and asset management. Evaluating and advising on the quality and standards of building and projects from a maintenance, development and health and safety standpoint. You will be comfortable visiting assets and identifying the works that need to be completed and then reporting this information to the wider team, with a view to then ensure the works are carried out to a satisfactory standard.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have either a Mechanical or Electrical Bias, potentially from a Project Engineer/Project Management/Maintenance Engineering background. You must have a minimum City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline. You will have experience in undertaking the pricing of Scope of Works and comfortable delivering a service in the most cost effective and timely manner, to an agreed budget and process.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary up to £37,540 with a matched employer contribution to a max of 6%, along with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, sick pay, with the opportunity to buy and sell additional days.
