An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with experience of working for a leisure or retail organisation.
Responsibilities
* To fully support Account and Project Managers in delivery of customer satisfaction.
* To be the first point of contact for Account and Project Managers on customer accounts
* To act as conduit for communication between supplier / customer, Account / Project Manager and internal teams
* Liaise with Account / Project Manager and internal departments to ensure orders, deliveries and stock are accurate and on time
* Supply admin and sales support to Account and Project Managers
* Support Equipment Development through correct parts and assemblies logging
* To purchase materials at best price and within budgetary targets
* To manage materials logistics to site, including progress chasing
Key Activities
Customer
* Be the main contact for Account and Project Managers
* Attends B & C Team meetings
* Ensures materials arrive at site at correct time and quantity
* Provide all necessary input into internal departments to ensure Customer / Project Manager requirements are met
* Taking all bespoke order enquiries and present to Pricing dept
* Provide quotations for small order enquiries back to Account and Project Managers
* Calling off equipment from supplied drawings and profiles
Administration
* Provide full admin support to Account and Project managers
* Manages Project Managers Diaries
* Schedules B and C Team meetings
* Places orders for all materials required as specified
* Maintaining information and system integrity
* Raising quotations and picking sheets
* Progress chasing orders and quotations to ensure delivery on time and to customer satisfaction
Development
* Liaison with Design Team on new or amended equipment
* Ensuring all equipment is fully documented
* Maintaining accurate and up to date information on all equipment and POP
Buying
* Negotiates best prices for materials to ensure budgeted costs achieved
Stock Control
* Biannual stock check of equipment
* To check stock levels on all orders
* Provide Commercial Team with information to ensure equipment availability
Requirements
* 5 GCSE grades A/B or O Levels, including English and Maths
* Previous experience in shop fitting or similar back ground
* Familiarity with Microsoft packages
* Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles
* Basic ability to read working drawings
* Basic understanding of costing and stock control requirements
