Guardian Media Group (GMG) is a leading global media organisation, the publisher of the Guardian, which celebrates its 200th anniversary in 2021, the Observer and the, which attracts over 200 million global unique browsers each month. We are renowned for our ground-breaking independent journalism and our award-winning digital products.

We are now looking for a Creative Project Manager to ensure the effective planning and delivery of the digital ad production team.

About The Role

  • Responsible for the delivery of projects and production, managing an in-house team of designers/developers
  • Coordinate workflow of DAP projects through Salesforce, the DAP schedule and Trello
  • Scheduling upcoming campaigns, keeping on top of deadlines and ensuring the team has the resources they need to deliver projects on time
  • Be the main point of contact for external clients and internal sales teams

About You

  • 2 + years client and stakeholder management experience
  • Proficiency in digital advertising operations
  • Working knowledge of ad servers (preferably Google Ad Manager) and programmatic platforms
  • Campaign coordination experience, preferably publisher/agency based, delivering creative commercial campaigns
  • Super organised, love working in busy, creative environments, ready to learn new platforms and skills
