The Role

As a Project Manager, you will manage a variety of projects within the larger corporate programme of work, aligned to the corporate business plan.

Acting as the project lead on allocated projects, you will ensure that all project and programme activities are organised, monitored, delivered and reported to time, cost and quality objectives and targets.

You will oversee stakeholder consultations, feedback and communications to ensure they are embedded into the programme of work and delivered in appropriate forms and in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for project and programme operational activities and business processes, ensuring they are co-ordinated and managed efficiently and effectively.

Your duties will include:

- Developing and maintaining high quality working relationships with key internal stakeholders, outsourced partners and third parties

- Creating and implementing budgets, proactively managing costs and providing financial reports and forecasts

- Reporting progress and outcomes within the business planning cycle

- Producing training documentation and user guidance notes

About You

To join our client as a Project Manager, you will need:

- Proven project management experience working independently to a project management 

methodology, such as Prince II or Agile working, with strong accountability to deliver 

multiple projects to plan

- Experience of influencing, advising, managing and motivating internal/external 

relationships to deliver outcomes

- Proven ability to work towards tight deadlines and to manage priorities, with good personal organisation and time management skills

- Good working knowledge and understanding of fundamental IT principles

A formal qualification in project management methodology, such as Prince II or Agile would be beneficial to your application, as would experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Sitefinity websites, System implementations and User testing.
