We are now looking to rapidly mobilise a project to deliver before the end of 2021.

The minimum delivery for the D&I HCP diversity and inclusion project in 2021 is:

The build of new attributes in Reltio, including PII related controls
link to Centree
upload from source (IMC) of D&I data into Reltio
BAU source to Reltio integration (i.e. where we collect D&I on ongoing basis – TBC)
New attributes to be pushed to Lake environment, i.e. all Reltio data
The onward bound data flow can be aligned to the timetable for CTD index/Patient diversity
Due to the nature of this project, some of the key deliverables/expectations of the PM will be:

Creation and PM of a combined plan across Reltio, SnapLogic, Lake, CENtree teams to ensure a successful delivery
Driving the work at pace

Duties and Accountabilities:

• Manages digital delivery pod, mobilises demand delivery in partnership with the other members of the globally distributed project team and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements to ensure deliverables are met effectively and efficiently
• Ensures effective and transparent risk, opportunity and issues tracking and management at tactical and operational levels
• Drives collaboration and knowledge sharing across other Release Trains
• Ensures appropriate meeting management (schedules meetings, captures minutes, actions, decisions)
• Ensures delivery is executed in accordance with Safe / Scrum principles
• Owns and manages the Release Train budget, and forecasts rolling up to support sound portfolio budget management

Requirements:

Essential:
• Technical or Business Degree or proven relevant experience
• Well developed project management skills
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with experience of collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams
• Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, hands-on working approach, not afraid to operate in the detail
• Experience working in a global organization
• Effective problem and conflict solving skills
• Passion for Customers, representing the needs of multiple customers in decision making
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty

Desirable:
• Project Management certifications preferred (Scrum, SAFe Agile followed by Prince, PMP, MSP)

• Project Product Owners, Programme Director, Business Analysts and User Acceptance Teasting team
