Well known public sector organisation in Glasgow are seeking an Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Senior Project Manager you will plan out and deliver project technology change, continuous improvement and architectural enhancements working with multi-disciplinary, highly skilled technical teams while supporting wider project demands of a technology function.

You will lead and develop technology project delivery working with their multi-disciplinary delivery platforms as well as develop and maintain a detailed set of technology delivery plans, monitoring deliverables and tracking progress. You will also have an understanding of their road map and technology strategy working with various teams to deliver objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as an Senior Project Manager, you will ideally have experience as a Project Manager for application delivery. You will have previous experience in ownership of technology projects and products as well as have proven experience in agile and waterfall project management methods.

You will have excellent leadership skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and be adept at delivering complex technology projects, breaking down barriers for your team and be able to plan at a higher level as well as get into the detail to make things happen when needed.

What you'll get in return
You will get a salary of up to £72,000 depending on experience. You will also get excellent benefits including a fantastic pension scheme of 26% employer contribution as well as 36 days holiday + ability to buy another 6 days.
