The Project Manager will be at the heart of the organisation. Supporting all teams to deliver strategic initiatives, you will have overall responsibility for the application of programme and project management principles to deliver the anticipated outcomes and benefits.
A self-starter with the confidence to work across a range of stakeholder groups, you will bring a pragmatic and structured approach to project delivery. You will also be responsible for sharing and embedding project management best practice across the board.
The Project Manager will need to bring innovation, rigour, resilience and enthusiasm to the role. They will work to tight deadlines across multiple projects.
Measures of success will be developed, agreed and then inform your objectives.

duties:
Project initiation –
Working with teams to identify, appraise and establish projects.
Business case
– Developing necessary evidence to capture anticipated customer, financial, operational and strategic impact of individual projects
Project delivery –
Leading process and engagement to bring pace and rigour to corporate projects.
Budget management –
Working with Finance to track individual project budgets
Portfolio management –
Balancing resources and progress across the range of initiatives.

– Managing company-wide benefits delivery approach.
Reporting
– Providing integrated dashboard with oversight of all corporate projects.
Other
Maintaining sector awareness and appreciation, staying up to date with relevant trends and changes in the sector.
