Office Relocation and New Ways of Working Project Manager

We are a workplace consultancy operating in London, Essex and the South East.

We were formed in 2006 and project manage office relocations and refurbishments.

Our core business and expertise is in delivery of agile / flexible / hybrid working projects and we have built an excellent reputation using our specific people and change-based Approach to deliver large office change projects for a mix of public and private sector clients.

Our experience and reputation with hybrid working projects has become highly relevant following the lockdown and we are being regularly approached by many organisations and businesses looking to change the way they operate and potentially reduce office space as a result.

We are therefore looking to grow our team and we're keen to speak with Project Managers with the background, skills and experience to deliver hybrid working and office change projects to our clients.  

Role:

Office Relocation and New Ways of Working Project Manager 
 

Type:

• Contract at the start, potential to go perm in the future
• Possible part time (3 days pw) considered

 
Must have:

• Experience managing office moves, refurbishments and new ways of working projects
• Ability and experience operating at boardroom level, discussing future strategies with senior leaders and presenting/reporting on project progress
• Previous experience project managing agile/hybrid working
• Excellent communication skills, happy giving presentations
• Experience running project budgets and finance
• Project methodology knowledge
• Personality, flexibility, a people-person and with a sense of humour

Would be nice:

• Public sector experience
• Change management

 Location:

Our clients are predominantly in London, Essex and the South East so you are likely to be working between the client’s office and from home at the start. As our growth and journey continues we are likely to take on office space ourselves in the near future.
