Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit of behalf of the client for the role of Assistant Project Manager who will support the management across estate relate projects.
You are educated to a degree level or have equivalent experience.
You are knowledgeable on current health and safety legislations relating to project work.
As well as being experienced in effectively dealing with customers in a complex organisations.
You are committed to and understanding of equal opportunities in a diverse and multicultural environment.
In this role you will assist the Projects Manager in identifying, planning and delivering construction related projects.
You will ensure that all assigned budgets and resources and managed in the correct manner and do not exceed set amounts.
You will work in a safe and healthy manner at all times.
You will help the department in embracing sustainability to do this you will be responsible of all the staff to minimise the environmental impact to their day to day activities.
