DIRECTOR (BUILDING SURVEYING - PROJECTS)

We have an opportunity for an experienced Managing Building Surveyor (Director) with our client, a boutique surveying, architectural and engineering practice based in Hampshire. Providing a wide range of surveying services to a diverse client base.

The practice has significant Building Surveying experience working on projects for Central Government Agencies, MOD, Local Government, Education Authorities, Defence, organisations, Social Registered Landlords, National Companies and private clients.

You will ideally have experience in managing and delivering Project Management, Contract Administration, Specifications, AutoCAD and Schedules of Condition.

You will also have team management responsibility to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career to that next level including being involved in the overall strategy and direction of the business.
