We’re looking for Project Managers to lead contracts across our growing Stations team – experience of delivering complex building projects and integration across a programme of work would be advantageous, however if you have managed high value projects and have great problem solving skills then we would like to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to join our growing Stations team as the project progresses and will focus on the West Midlands station delivery, including procurement, design and construction at Interchange Station and/or the Automated People Mover.

At HS2, we’re leaving a legacy for future infrastructure projects. Delivering HS2 will enable the shift from road and air to rail, improving the quality of the air we breathe and supporting the transition to a net-zero carbon economy by 2050.

We operate broad pay scales for all our roles to enable us to fulfil our commitments to inclusivity and career development. Final package is dependent on individual knowledge, skills and experience. In addition, we offer a range of competitive benefits - check them out in the Benefits section on our website.

As the successful Project Manager – Interchange, you will be responsible for managing the Supplier contract on behalf of the Project Client and Senior Project Managers, working effectively and collaboratively with HS2 and Supply Chain resource in the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to fulfil clearly defined HS2 accountabilities which enable efficient delivery of assigned scope of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to agreed budget, time and quality parameters.

  • To be responsible for supporting a collaborative culture which enables high performance by encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing between HS2 as the client, other Integrated Project Teams and the supply chain within Integrated Project Teams.
  • To be responsible for creating an integrated partnership with our supply chain, empowering, enabling and facilitating.
  • Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI.

About You:
