Major Players is excited to be partnering with a world renowned and prestigious agency to recruit for a Project Manager, working on a global motorsport account that reaches an audience of over half a billion. This role is on a permanent basis, paying £45,000 based in London with hybrid/remote working.
As an integrated Project Manager, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of key client tasks and projects. You are the person who makes everything run like clockwork: you use charm, persuasion, tact and superb project management skills to keep things on track and budget.
You're a natural and creative problem solver who knows when to bring in senior support and who proactively offers solutions when things go wrong - usually with a cool head and a plan B to hand. You treat the client's money as though it were your own and can easily balance the varying demands of scope, ambition, time, and budget
You readily take on more responsibility without being asked, always going the extra mile when it comes to finding the right delivery solution and rolling your sleeves up eagerly when you need to. You have impeccable attention to detail.
Solid skills and experience in project management fundamentals are a must (budgeting, planning, developing statements of work etc.) however we are also after an individual with an appreciation and understanding of the creative process, strategy, data, media and production- as well as the people skills to foster a team culture.
You have experience managing production/delivery of digital and social content, CRM, user experience design and strategic consultation.
You don't need to be a motorsport fan. Just have a willingness to learn about the client's business, their audience and their product.
