Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Scotland to recruit a Project Manager - Service Level Agreement in the Public Sector on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role will be fully remote for its duration.
Day rate: £300 - £350 (Inside IR35) via umbrella
This organisation has a Service Level Arrangement to provide a number of business critical services including HR Finance and digital services.
As Project Manager SLA it will be your role to work to deliver a new SLA which is being formed as a short term project. You will be expected to be manage this project, through its development working alongside and maintaining a productive relationship with the wider team. As part of this role you will deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
Project Manager qualification e.g. Prince 2
Experience in developing documentation such as PID, risk log and weekly reporting
Experience of fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience of project management of change, business operations and/or digital services
Proven experience of project management preferably Public Sector
Good knowledge and evidenced application of methodologies and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
Experience of change management, business operations and/or digital services the use of those skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills including report writing and presentation Skills
Knowledge of shared services or service level agreements would be an advantage
Standard Scottish Disclosure will be required for this role
