Galliford Try is one of the UK’s largest construction businesses with a vision to be a people-orientated, progressive business, driven by our values to deliver lasting change for our stakeholders and the communities we work in. Our purpose is to improve people’s lives through building the facilities and infrastructure that communities need, providing opportunities for our people to learn, grow and progress, working with our supply chain to promote the very best working practice and caring for the environment in which we work.

We do this by holding true to our values, delivering excellence for our clients and the community, being passionate about our role in providing vital services, putting integrity at the heart of our business by doing the right thing, and collaborating with our clients, supply chain and stakeholders to deliver lasting change and long-term value.

Our Telecoms business is a leading multi-disciplined organisation capable of carrying out all aspects of the infrastructure build for the mobile and fixed line telecommunications industry.  Innovation is at the heart of our approach to our clients' requirements; from a single element of network development through to a fully managed network service, we provide a full turnkey solution.

To take full responsibility for production functions on security projects of typical value between £1m-£8m that are allocated from award through to completion and to maintain and maximise quality of service and profitability. This position requires experience in the planning, development and implementation of state of the art integrated security solutions and involves leading cross-functional teams with diverse technical backgrounds.  The senior site manager will also be adept at on-site management, approval of risk assessments and method statements, problem solving and negotiating.

In return we offer an opportunity to work on some of the UKs most exciting construction projects, in a fast-paced environment as well as a great salary and benefits package including car or car allowance, pension, healthcare, discretionary bonus and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays. We will always consider flexible working hours and arrangements.
