Up to £70k + car allowance and package

We are looking for a Project Manager to deliver a long term housing refurbishment / planned maintenance framework to for a major housing contractor.

This Project Manager will be directly responsible for the supervision for all site managers, supervisors, RLO's and subcontractors and will be the key person in ensuring programme and KPI's are met.

We are looking for a strong leader who will drive service delivery, be a strong leader and ensure all procedures are followed to detail whilst having the ability to think laterallly about the bigger picture and a partnering ethos.

This contractor are a leading, national construction company whose Social Housing arm have an excellent reputation in the industry and offer great benefits for working for such an organisation. To be considered you must have experience with a major housing contractor as a Project or Contract Manager delivering large scale housing refurbishment contracts.
