We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Project Manager for 3 months, with an immediate start, within Brand Planning. Interim Project Manager within Brand PlanningImmediate start - for 3 monthsSalary £50-60kHybrid working - based in Chandlers Ford 1-2 days per week & Remote Consideration for FTC, Daily/Hourly Rate Purpose: Manage and / or develop all planning activities across brand launch, communication and content production to align with business priorities. Key contact for banner content teams to establish and track cross-banner brand content KPIs. Responsible for the planning, reporting and evolution of agency managed service. Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities Transversal Strategy and Planning:Manage and / or develop all planning activities across brand launch, communication and content production. Define and develop transversal processes and ways of working, both offline and within Workfront.Define and develop templates such as Comms Briefs, Asset Packs etc.Alongside the Brand Content Delivery Manager, establish KPIs for content types to drive usage and performance.Be a key contact and work with banner content teams to establish and track cross-banner respective brand contentKPIs. Collate Banner trading calendars and in-turn share master production plan with Banners.Alongside the Content & Creative team, define and deliver the Annual Content Toolkit Transversal Operations:Management of the agency managed service: Planning and reportingCost-efficiency/budgetOliver model evolutionLead and educate in a cross-brand, cross-category, cross-banner integrated approach to projects in order to drive efficiency.Ensure all Brand guidelines are kept up to date.Working with Brand Creative Manager, address any challenges not accommodated by guidelines.Set up and manage ways of working with Central offices to deliver agreed OEB content outside of product launch or RR activities when time and cost efficiency's indicate O&S production route. Working partnerships:Work across Brand, Comms and Content Managers to align on business priorities, drive consistency and operational efficiency.Work closely with agency partners to monitor performance and ensure brand immersion. Required skills & experience:A competent leader and influencerDemonstrated conceptual thinkingFlexible attitude and a willingness to work across brands and teamsAbility to process a high volume of detailed information accurately and efficientlyAbility to work on own initiative and to tight deadlinesExperience working within a creative or retail environment would be beneficial.
