This is an exciting role for an experienced and qualified professional to take the lead for project delivery at a large further education college.
The successful candidate would take on an exciting brief, being involved in both the identification and bidding for projects that meet our strategic objective while assuming ownership for the delivery of the projects that we have been awarded including, stakeholder communication, risk identification as well as representing the college on project boards and reviews. This is a hugely rewarding opportunity.

Job Purpose:
To support the Director of Business Intelligence in the achievement of the College's strategic objectives through the effective and efficient operation of all project management duties connected with external grant income, project partnerships, tenders and initiatives. To define the different progression routes and work to maximise progression of students/participants from the projects into the mainstream college provision.
The Person and Qualification:
* Excellent education, including a first degree or equivalent
* Previous experience of bid writing, preferably within a public sector environment
* Previous experience of project management, ranging from: identifying, bidding for, winning and successfully managing externally funded projects
* Financial management experience
