Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager role in a Medical Equipment Manufacturing company. The firm is a diverse team of developers, engineers, and medics who develop wearable medical gadgets. It is currently seeking to hire a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to fit this role.

Job Requirements:
-At least 5 years of expertise in designing and developing medical devices is required.
-Intellectual flexibility, creativity, and a track record of inventing profitable products are required.
-Skilled team player with a positive attitude who accepts constructive criticism.Ability to operate both independently and in a group.
-Experience directing teams using digital collaboration platforms.
-Employee management experience, both digitally and abroad.
-Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are required to provide direction to other members of the team.
-Capability to engage a team and partners in order to accomplish company deadlines.
-Excellent management, organizational, and strong analytical, as well as a keen eye for detail.
-Knowledge of medical device advertising channels, plans, and policies is required.
-Working knowledge of quality management systems and ISO (13485, 14971, 60601) norms is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
-Plan corporate deadlines and ensure that products are delivered on time, covering engineering, regulatory, clinical, and commercial criteria.
-Organize development teams (engineering, administrative, clinical, advertising, etc.).
-Keep everyone on track to get this product to market in a timely manner.
With the help of the directors, establish priorities.
-Work closely with the marketing team to provide commercialization input.
-Work closely with the technical team to ensure that all requirements are met.
-Manage design control paperwork and file patents, as well as communicate with significant supply chain partners.
-Maintain the quality management system and work closely with the regulatory team to ensure conformity to applicable standards (i.e. ISO 13485, 14971, 60601).
-Work directly with the clinical team to file ethics/MHRA/FDA submissions and coordinate clinical trials in 2021 in accordance with corporate deadlines.
-Collaborate closely with the finance team to assist with grant proposals, grant administration, fundraising, financial planning, and other related duties.
