Excellent Site-Based Project Manager Role Available!

Our client requires a Site-Based Project Manager in Birmingham on a Permanent contract.

The job is a 14 storey new build apartment block consisting of 80 units.

The ideal candidate will have New Build experience, you will be managing the project from pre-start through to final handover.

The salary and package will be experience dependant: £50k-£60k + a car allowance.
