There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £514 per annum for those working from home.

The opportunity to make a valuable contribution as CQC’s portfolio insight and governance manager, you will provide analysis and insight to CQC’s most senior forums on the progress and status of our transformation programmes, managing a monthly cadence of reporting and analysis through senior programme leaders and sponsors. Your ideas will really matter, and you will get feedback directly from users.

A great chance to work with like-minded colleagues and lead on the development of CQC’s change governance maturity, engaging with senior stakeholders to drive the design of enhanced insight and analysis dashboards in line with our digital vision, and of how these are used to drive timely and effective decision making by senior stakeholders.

What you will bring…

As well as a well-developed instinct in change delivery, you will have excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills as well as high quality drafting and presentation skills. You will be supported by a technical analyst with Power BI developer skills.

 

 

The Portfolio Office Manager is responsible for developing, operating, and embedding a range of standards for the insight and governance programme and project management disciplines.

This role will drive up the level of maturity of the insight and governance programme in line with the Portfolio Office (PfO) vision using CQCs continuous improvement and technology platform.

The role holder will own the processes and products relating to the insight and governance area and will upskill PMO and delivery colleagues to practice their discipline across the CQC change portfolio.

The role holder will be expected to set and meet KPI and improvement targets for insight and governance in line with the overall PMO maturity targets and industry best practice as part of their individual performance objectives The Portfolio Office Manager is responsible for developing, operating and embedding a range of standards for insight and governance and project management disciplines.
