My client is a leading provider of M&E Building Services, a specialist in the provision of tailored and bespoke technical services that incorporates both maintenance and projects, serving a varied, blue-chip client portfolio to include (not limited to) Education, Corporate, Commercial, Education & Retail respectively.

A Project Manager is required to deliver a number of concurrent building services focussed projects incorporating mechanical/HVAC, electrical & fabric disciplines to a multi-site Education portfolio located throughout the North West region.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering mechanical/HVAC, electrical & building fabric project management capabilities i.e. small-works & refurbishment/upgrade to the value of c30K - c500K respectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold technical building services engineering/construction qualifications and further training commensurate to the position of a Project Manager employed with the M&E Building Services Engineering & FM sector.
• The successful candidate will be engaged in a similar position with a leading M&E Building Services engineering/Hard FM Services Provider
• Operational delivery of M&E technical services & building projects within a Hard FM environment, multi-site environment with Education/PFI knowledge/experience being highly advantageous
• The successful candidate will possess a technical building services engineering and/or construction background to include Mechanical/Electrical/Building Fabric building services project management.
• Budgetary, P&L & commercial knowledge
• Possess excellent communication, client interfacing and stakeholder relationship building skills.

• £50,000 - £55,000 & 5,000 Car Allowance
