Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of 3 Project Managers on an initial 6-month contract.
We are looking to speak to experienced Project Managers with Property & Asset Management experience, who have worked for a Local Authority previously.
As part of its improvement journey the Council is undertaking a programme of improvement in relation to their property and asset management functions. They now require project managers to help deliver projects within the programme. The programme includes work related to rationalising their property portfolio, staff training, and development and implementation of a corporate landlord approach.
A recognised project or programme management qualification and/or a track record of successful application of such management systems to real projects and programmes is essential to be successful in this role.
Pay Scale – INSIDE IR35 – Negotiable (please state the rate you work at when applying)
Location – Hybrid Working / Remote Working
Contract Length – 6-months, with a possibility of extension
