My client are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing various sized commercial and retail projects of a construction and refurbishment nature for values between £10,000 and £1.5m.
The primary role will be ensuring that the allocated projects are run efficiently and profitably ensuring full compliance to Health & Safety legislation and contract conditions. The most critical conditions being that all work is completed to a high standard, in a safe working manner, within programme and to the total satisfaction of our client.
