Major insurance group has a fantastic career opportunity for a qualified life actuary with hands-on project management experience to support strategic business and Group level actuarial change projects.
In this key role, you will have a deep involvement in a range of core projects including: Part VII Schemes; setting up a new life company subsidiary; the taking-on of new acquisitions; schemes of arrangement; designing and developing reinsurance solutions; internal expense allocations; and unit-linked matching projects.
As part of the role, you will be involved with making recommendations to Boards and internal governance committees, as well as taking part in discussions with external advisers (both actuarial and legal) and regulators.
Experience of working on Part VII Schemes would be an advantage.
