My client who are a well-established and successful Building Services provider; are recruiting for an experienced (Mechanically biased) Project Manager based from Glasgow.
Your role will involve you looking after 2/3 projects at a time, contracts are based in the west / across central Scotland.
Duties:
•Your role will be to form part of the management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
•Managing both large commercial and small industrial projects based in Glasgow and across central Scotland.
•Management of internal staff and external sub-contractors.
•Liaising with clients, customers, internal staff and external contractors as required.
•Planning any additional works and ensuring the client is kept up to date at all times.
•Co-Ordinate all required works, materials, in house teams and external sub-contractors.
•Supervise/ oversee all works are being carried out on site correctly and to the standard required.
•Ensuring health & safety regulations are being adhered to at all times.

Qualifications/ Experience:
•Experienced Site / Project Manager who has a proven track record of managing multiple projects at one time – ideally within commercial/ industrial sectors
•Time Served Mechanical / Heating Engineer
•SMSTS
•Ideally holding a minimum of 5years knowledge and skillset working within a Construction/ Project management role
•Full UK driving licence.
•Strong communicator – competent communicating with peers/ outside contractors and staff of all levels.
•PC literate – able to use all basic Microsoft applications.
•Good attitude – the right candidate will possess an always ‘happy to help’ thought process.
