Your new role
The role will be responsible to develop, enhance and continuously improve project/program management framework, processes, and tools involved in delivering projects. Support the Program Manager with the delivery of a wide range of European Brother Transformation projects. They will lead, collaborate and be grounded in accountability and adaptability, to deliver customer on-boarding projects and customer enhancement projects seamlessly from sales to operations within the allocated scope, schedule, and budget to the highest customer satisfaction. Supervising work execution. Communicate effectively with all internal and external keyholders and report on project status Providing resolution for problems. Maintaining program schedules. Accounting for project cost, time and budget. Seeking approval from the program manager, executive and senior managers, where appropriate Mitigating project and program risks. Support and mentor the programme office apprentice


What you'll need to succeed
Analytical Thinking Analysing and synthesizing information to understand issues, identify options and support sound decision making.

Project Management Planning, implementing, monitoring and completing projects, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, costs, quality, risk and communications.

Resource Management Manages resources (financial, human, physical and information resources) to achieve planned goals.

Information Gathering and Processing Locating and collecting data from appropriate sources and analysing it to prepare meaningful and concise reports that summarize the information.
