Learning Development Services (LDS) play a pivotal role developing academically credible, business relevant distance learning courses, using learning technologies to enhance student experience and to help equip students with the skills fit for 21st century employment.  With a truly diverse, international student population we provide the opportunity and flexibility that students need to be successful in their studies.  

We have an opening for a distance learning tutor to contribute to the development of our distance learning MSc Project Management course by developing and delivering level 7 modules. You will have participated in successfully managing projects at operational and strategic levels. The applicant is expected to have expertise in project management and PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). Themes will include project lifecycle, contemporary and innovative techniques in managing project risks, value, and quality.

Ideally, with experience of distance learning delivery and online course design, you will have relevant academic qualifications and/or chartered membership of a relevant professional body, along with experience of applying skills, methods and techniques in a learning and teaching environment. You will be IT literate, and student focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Distance learning tutors will be home based, hours will be flexible and determined by student numbers and scheduled module deliveries.
