Project Manager required for permanent construction project manager role in North Wales

Applicants need to be from areas in North Wales such as Blaenau Ffestiniog, Caernarfon, Anglesey, Porthmadog etc

• 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday with every Friday off
• £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus Company car OR Car Allowance of £5500 plus bonus scheme
• Permanent Job

All applicants must have the following:

• Very good experience in small to medium sized construction project management (up to £500k in value)
• Experience in handling projects from start to finish
• Good project planning experience
• IOSH or NEBOSH Card
• Experience in writing risk assessments, method statements and tender documents
• Experience in hiring subcontractors
• North Wales
